Online Product Availability

*Please, note that our online inventory is pulled from our brick & mortar store and subject to availability. We do our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out-of-stock we will notify you as soon as possible.

Online Return Policy

*If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any Regular Price Item, you may return it for a complete refund (original price paid and associated tax, less shipping costs) to the original form of payment within 10 days of. receipt.

*Return Authorization Numbers are required for all returns and exchanges. Please contact us by phone (320-796-5096) or e-mail info@lilbo-tique.com for a Return Authorization Number. Returns or exchanges sent without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed and will be returned to you.

*Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and be accompanied with original proof of purchase. Items should be returned in their original packaging, padded envelope or box and sent via a traceable carrier such as UPS or USPS. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

*Li’l Bo-Tique is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Discounted, Marked Down, Special/Code & Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Online Exchanges or Replacements

*If an exchange of size is needed, you also need to receive authorization and return instructions. We will ship the exchange upon receiving your return if stock is still available, otherwise, you'll be issued a refund.

*We will happily replace items if they are defective, subject to availability. If items cannot be replaced, we offer a refund.
